Who controls your information

What we collect

  • Enquiry form details: name, email, lesson of interest, optional preferred dates, and message content
  • Enrolment and billing details needed to confirm places and issue receipts
  • Limited technical data such as IP address and browser type when logs are retained for security

We do not ask for tax file numbers, banking passwords, or brokerage login credentials.

Why we collect it

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, administer lessons, process refunds where applicable, improve the clarity of our teaching materials, and meet legal record-keeping duties in Australia.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not lead to enrolment are typically kept for up to twenty-four months. Enrolment and payment records are retained for seven years or as required by Australian tax and consumer rules. You may request earlier deletion where the law allows.

Children

Lessons are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under sixteen.
