Refunds and cancellations

Scope

This policy applies to paid Web Analytics lessons: the Classical Pattern Recognition Workshop, one-to-one chart mentoring, Evening Pattern Circle evenings, and investment club briefings. It does not cover third-party brokerage fees, software subscriptions, or travel you arrange independently.

Workshop refunds

  • Full refund (minus payment processing costs if any) if we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable alternative date within twelve weeks.
  • Deposit (AUD 300) is non-refundable once paid, because materials preparation and seat holding begin immediately.
  • Balance payments may be refunded at 100% if you cancel in writing more than fourteen days before the first session; at 50% between fourteen and seven days; and are non-refundable within seven days of the first session, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
  • After the workshop begins, unused sessions are not refundable. You may request to join a later cohort for a transfer fee of AUD 120 if space exists; transfers are not guaranteed.

Mentoring sessions

Cancel or reschedule with at least forty-eight hours’ notice for a full fee credit toward a future session within three months. Cancellations inside forty-eight hours and no-shows forfeit the session fee. If we cancel, you receive a full refund or priority rebooking at your choice.

Evening Pattern Circle

Evening fees are refundable if you cancel more than twenty-four hours ahead. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. If we cancel an evening, fees are refunded in full or credited to the next circle at your option.

Investment club briefings

The fifty-percent booking deposit is refundable if you cancel more than twenty-one days before the briefing date. Inside twenty-one days the deposit is retained against preparation time unless we cancel. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event; if we cancel after receiving the balance, that balance is refunded in full.

Work already started and materials

Printed chart packs prepared for your enrolment remain yours when fees are retained under this policy. Packs are not returnable for credit once written on or taken from the studio. Custom club chart sets already printed when a late cancellation occurs may be charged at cost if the deposit does not cover them.

How to request a refund

Email info@web-analytics.digital with your name, lesson, payment date, and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days of approval.

Rescheduling

We allow one complimentary workshop cohort transfer when requested more than fourteen days before opening night and when the destination cohort has space. Mentoring may be rescheduled once without fee when notice meets the forty-eight-hour rule above.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits rights you cannot exclude under the Australian Consumer Law. If a lesson is not delivered with due care and skill, contact us so we can remedy the issue.
