Acceptance

By accessing web-analytics.digital or enrolling in a Web Analytics lesson, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book training.

Educational purpose

Web Analytics provides education in classical chart pattern recognition. Nothing on this site or in our classrooms is personal financial product advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, or a promise of trading results. Markets involve risk of loss.

Enrolment and conduct

Places in workshops, circles, and briefings are subject to availability and confirmation by email. You agree to treat fellow students and facilitators with courtesy, to avoid recording sessions without prior written consent, and to refrain from soliciting investment schemes during class time.

Intellectual property

Course packs, unmarked drill charts, checklists, and site content are owned by Web Analytics or its licensors. You may retain annotated copies provided for your personal study. You may not reproduce, sell, or publicly redistribute course materials without written permission.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit false information through forms. We may update content without notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Web Analytics is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you make after training. Our liability for a paid lesson is limited to the fees you paid for that lesson when a remedy is required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.
